VIC: Kennett to meet Adams to learn more about peace process

MELBOURNE, Feb 22 AAP - Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett said today he hoped to better
educate himself on the peace process in Ireland when he met Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams this
week.

Mr Adams, who arrived in Sydney last night after two years of political wrangling over his
entry to Australia, said he was disappointed Prime Minister John Howard would not meet him
during the eight-day visit.
